PAL Flag Football

Mandatory Skills Evaluations
All registered players MUST attend one evaluation session - NO EXCEPTIONS
Failure to attend evaluations will impact participation
DATES: Evaluations will be held on the following days/times:

Saturday, May 18 from 9:00 to 10:30am
Monday, May 20 from 6:00 to 7:30pm
Thursday, May 23 from 6:00 to 7:30pm
LOCATION: Central Park, Field 3 (track field)

 

SKILLS: Players will be evaluated on the following :

  • 40-yd dash,
  • Shuttle run,
  • Flag pulling,
    Throwing, and
  • Receiving

All athletes are encouraged to wear cleats and come prepared to participate.

2024 Season Registration

Closing May 10th
Season: August 1, 2024 thru October 31, 2024
Divisions: 6u, 8u, 10u, 12, 14, and High School
Format: 7 v 7, coed
Cost: $150 (Plantation Residents), includes uniform and trophy
