Financial Assistance is available for qualifying candidates who reside within the city of Plantation. Please complete the Hardship Waiver Application Click here to find a copy of the application, at the bottom of the listed P.A.L. Documents. Take a hardcopy of the completed application to the Central Park Multi-Purpose Building (address found above) and ask that it be forwarded to Kristen Walker, Athletics Coordinator, in the Plantation Parks and Recreation department. You must submit a copy of your previous year's tax return with the application to be considered. Other documentation may be requested as part of the process. Kristen Walker will coordinate with the appropriate PAL sports league, so as to process the application in a timely manner.

For all sports, players new to PAL must show a birth certificate and Plantation residents must show proof of residency.
